Kevin Mannion & Co. Chartered Accountants are a chartered accountancy practice based in Celbridge, Co.Kildare. A business that embodies people’s reputations and supports families. Kevin Mannion & Co. accounting and auditing professionals take time to see the business focussed on ensuring that the needs of the client are priority no. 1 and that a quality and efficient service is provided to each client.
The owner, Kevin, came to Apex Digital Media with a couple of concerns:
- The previous website was made by a friend when he first started the business many years prior and looked quite basic and unprofessional. It didn’t accurately represent the current size of the business and the size of clients Kevin Mannion & Co. worked with.
- The website also hadn’t been updated to reflect the growth within the business along with the services offered.
- Kevin was eligable for the Local Enterprise Office Trading Online Voucher and wanted to utilise this to recoup part of the cost of the website development.

To tackle the concerns Kevin had, we set about designing the new website from the ground up with specific technologies to accomplish the goals required. Given the business type of business, a professional, trustworthy look was required, we worked with the existing logo and branding to create a brand guideline (colour schemes, fonts, etc.) that would lay the look and feel of the website going forward. Imagery was chosen to help showcase the companies current larger size.
Once the look and feel was established, we then set about the process of creating the client journey through the website. Specific pages were created for 4 main business types that Kevin Mannion & Co. work with (Sole Traders, Start-Ups, Established Limited Companies, & Other types such as charities). With these pages in place, the potential client can then navigate through their client journey and services KM & Co offer that relates to their business type. At the end of this journey, they are then hit with a call to action of booking a free 1-hour consultation with a view to engage KM & Co’s services.
To satisfy the Local Enterprise Office Trading Online Voucher, we then added an option for clients to make a payment online and added a consultation scheduling calendar.
